At Next One Athletics, every product is made with attention to quality, detail, and customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.
1. Custom Jerseys & Personalized Products
All custom jerseys, team uniforms, personalized apparel, and made-to-order products are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects, production errors, or as otherwise required by law.
Because these products are manufactured specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- Customer-approved designs, colors, names, or numbers
- Changes of mind or personal preferences
- Minor variations in colors or product appearance resulting from screen displays or manufacturing processes
- Errors in information submitted or approved by the customer
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before approving their purchase.
2. Design Approval & Order Accuracy
For custom team orders requiring design approval, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all artwork, colors, logos, spelling, player numbers, sizing, and quantities.
Once a design is approved and production begins, changes, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted, except where required by law.
Next One Athletics is not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved designs or submitted order information.
3. Standard Apparel Returns
Non-customized, non-personalized apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Clearance, final-sale, and personalized items are not eligible.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return results from an error by Next One Athletics.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Next One Athletics or our manufacturing partners, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected product.
Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund at no additional cost to the customer, as required by applicable law.
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
5. Order Cancellations
Custom orders may only be canceled before production has begun and before nonrecoverable production or material costs have been incurred.
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded for a change of mind.
Standard apparel orders may be canceled before shipment if fulfillment has not begun.
Any cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Production Times & Shipping
Production and delivery estimates are provided at the time of ordering and may vary depending on customization requirements, order quantities, and manufacturing schedules.
If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, customers will be notified and offered applicable cancellation or refund options in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Next One Athletics is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we will assist customers with shipping-related concerns.
7. How to Request a Return
To request an eligible return or report an order issue, please contact Next One Athletics through our website.
Include your order number, contact information, and reason for your request.
All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused, subject to applicable law.
